**Birthday Treat Promotion Terms and Conditions**
These terms and conditions outline the guidelines and requirements for Dragon Pearl's Birthday Treat Promotion, which offers a complimentary lobster treat for celebrants during Monday to Friday dinner, subject to specific conditions. Promotion ends on November 30, 2023.
**1. Eligibility and Proof of Identity:**
- To participate in our Birthday Promotion, a valid photo ID is required as proof of the celebrant's birthdate.
**2. Redemption Requirement:**
- To redeem the complimentary lobster treat, the celebrant must pay for an adult buffet at the established price.
- The promotion is available during dinner buffet from Monday to Friday.
**3. Payment Method:**
- Please note that cash payment is the only accepted method for redeeming the birthday treat promotion.
- Debit/credit cards, checks, or other forms of payment will not be accepted as part of this promotion.
**4. Non-Transferable:**
- The complimentary lobster treat is non-transferable and is intended for the birthday celebrant only.
**5. Advanced Reservation:**
- It is recommended to make an advanced reservation for your birthday celebration to ensure availability.
**6. Validity Period:**
- The Birthday Promotion is valid during the specified promotion period. Any redemptions outside of this period will not be honored.

- Dragon Pearl reserves the right to deny any redemption of the birthday promotion if the terms and conditions are not met, if the provided ID is invalid or falsified, or if the promotion is abused in any way.
